The Dermapen® microneedles make tiny incisions creating micro injuries on the skin, resulting in the body’s natural ability to repair itself. The depth of the microneedles is adjustable, therefore allowing a customized session for each patient’s needs.
Step 3: Minimal Downtime
Avoid direct sunlight, use of makeup, or vigorous exercise immediately after treatment. When Growth Factors are added, the injections require no downtime. You may experience mild discomfort, swelling, or bruising for a few hours or days. Most patients return to their usual activities immediately following their treatment.

How does Dermapen® microneedling work?
Dermapen® microneedling is a handheld device equipped with closely spaced tiny needles that deliver micro-needling treatments.
