How does DiamondGlow® work?
Most fillers are made with hyaluronic acid. In cases of needing to fix or correct a treatment, Hylenex® is made of the enzyme hyaluronidase, which was created to help dissolve hyaluronic acid filler treatments.
What can I expect during DiamondGlow® treatment?
Your treatment starts with a personalized consultation in which your Aethos provider will assess your facial expressions and concerns to ensure you’re a good candidate for Hylenex®. In this quick treatment that lasts under an hour, your provider will use a topical numbing cream for your comfort before injecting Hylenex® into the treated area.
Is there any downtime with DiamondGlow®?
There is little to no downtime with Hylenex®. With any injection there is a possibility of bruising, but the likelihood of bruising is minimized thanks to our providers’ advanced injectable techniques. If you are concerned about the appearance of bruising, you can apply makeup over the area while it is healing.
