Treatment Steps
STEP 1: CONSULTATION
Start with a personalized consultation to discuss your goals. Your Aethos provider will review your concerns and visual goals, ensuring that the CoolTone® process is right for you. They will educate you on each step throughout the treatment.
Step 2: CoolTone® Session
Our provider will place the CoolTone® device on the treatment area while you relax, read, or stream a show as your muscles undergo an intense workout. We customize the session with different intensity levels for your goals and comfort. You’ll feel the involuntary muscle contractions, but the process is generally painless.
Step 3: Minimal Downtime
You may experience mild muscle soreness, similar to the feeling after an intense workout and lasting 1-2 days. Don’t worry if you don’t experience soreness: the technology reduces lactic acid buildup during muscle contractions (helps prevent soreness). You may resume exercise when comfortable, and it’s encouraged to enhance and maintain your results.
