Your provider will outline your target zones and apply a soothing gel. We’ll place the CoolSculpting® applicators on your skin using vacuum suction on the targeted areas of fat. During your session, you can watch TV, read, listen to music, nap, or work on your laptop.

Step 3: Minimal Downtime
There is little to no downtime. Some clients may experience minor redness, tenderness, and tingling after treatment, but these tend to be minimal. General numbness over the treated area often resolves in 2-4 weeks. Results are visible in the first 3-4 weeks, with full results on display after 2-4 months.

What can I expect during my CoolSculpting® treatment?
When you are being prepped for treatment, your Aethos provider will outline your target zones and apply a soothing gel. Next, the CoolSculpting® applicators will be placed carefully over your skin, using vacuum suction to pull the targeted areas of fat inside. Each applicator is computer-monitored with multiple sensors to ensure its proper temperature at all times.
CoolSculpting® treatments take approximately 40 to 75 minutes, depending on which applicators are used. During your appointment, you can lie back and watch TV, read, listen to music, nap, or work on your laptop.
Is there any downtime with CoolSculpting®?
There is little to no downtime after a CoolSculpting® session, so you can get back to your daily routine. Some clients may experience minor redness, tenderness, and tingling after treatment. However, these side effects tend to be minimal and subside within hours or days. A general sense of numbness over the treated area typically resolves within two to four weeks.
Results from CoolSculpting® will be visible within the first three to four weeks and will continue to improve in the months that follow. After two to four months, most clients will see their full results on display. Of course, individual results will vary, with some individuals showing a greater response and others showing less of a response.
