Why Aethos
For Morpheus8 treatments, it is imperative to be treated with an experienced provider who can effectively reach depths into the dermal layer without targeting layers of fat, as that may cause loss of fat volume and more skin laxity. Our providers are highly skilled with years of experience administering Morpheus8 treatments safely and effectively. Our providers are able to treat depths up to 4 millimeters deep on the face and 8 millimeters on the body, allowing for versatility in treatment. We customize each treatment plan to address your specific skin needs, ensuring you receive the appropriate number of sessions and the ideal Morpheus treatment type. Additionally, we take into consideration each patient’s pain tolerance, ensuring that topical numbing or short-acting pain management medications are used to ensure every patient is comfortable during treatment.

Treatment Steps
STEP 1: CONSULTATION
Start with a personalized consultation to discuss your goals. Your Aethos provider will assess your skin, discuss customization options, and guide you through the process so you’re well-educated and comfortable.
Step 2: Microneedling Session
Your Aethos provider will clean the area of concern and cover it with a numbing cream. We also offer anesthesia for those nervous around needles. In a 15-60 minute session, Morpheus8 will deliver RF energy into the deeper layers of your skin and tissue. You may feel some warmth and discomfort during the process.
Step 3: Minimal Downtime
You may experience swelling, redness, and itchiness at the site where Morpheus8 was performed. Thankfully, this will not hinder your daily activities, though you might want to limit exertion for three to five days while the area heals. We also advise applying sunscreen with a high SPF or avoiding the sun when possible.

RF Microneedling (Morpheus8) FAQs
How does RF Microneedling (Morpheus8) work?
RF Microneedling (Morpheus8) is a revolutionary non-surgical tissue remodeling treatment that improves skin quality, tone, texture, and tightness. The Morpheus8 device uses a combination of microneedling and radiofrequency technology to address multiple skincare concerns at once. This system consistently delivers impressive results for people who want to tighten skin, smooth wrinkles, and restore a more youthful look to their skin.
What can I expect during a RF Microneedling (Morpheus8) treatment
During a session, your Aethos provider will start by cleaning the area of concern and then covering it with a numbing cream. For those nervous around needles, we also offer anesthesia to make the process as painless as possible. In a quick 15 to 60 minute treatment, Morpheus8 will deliver RF energy into the deeper layers of your skin and tissue, and you may feel some warmth and discomfort during the process. However, because the needles on the device are extremely thin, most patients report feeling only mild heat with a tugging sensation.
For more optimal results, we typically recommend 3 treatments of Morpheus8, with one treatment of Sofwave™ after the first treatment of Morpheus8. Alongside the Morpheus8 treatment, Sofwave™ can enhance results by targeting skin laxity, fine lines, and wrinkles through the stimulation of new collagen production.
